Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

Sponsor

The Sponsor of Community Giveaway pt.1 is Nextloft (“Sponsor”).

 

Eligibility

Community Giveaway pt.1 (the “giveaway”) is open worldwide to individuals who:

are 18 years of age or older. Are followers of real_neesh on Tiktok. are members of real_neesh’s Discord server. Have submitted their information through the Sponsor’s official entry form located on the “Sponsor” website (nextloft.ca). 

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Nextloft, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

 

Agreement to Rules

By entering, you (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree that the Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

 

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on 05 December 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on 05 December 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

 

How to Enter

1. Online Entry Form (Required for Verification Only)

Submit your name and username through the official entry form provided by the Sponsor.

This form does not provide entries. It is used solely to verify eligibility for all participants, regardless of entry method or entry count.

Entries with missing or false information may be disqualified.

2. Free Write-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Send a letter in english containing your full name, date, and social media usernames on Tiktok and Discord to the following address:

- Write-in entrants receive one (1) free entry into the giveaway.

- There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn.

- Write-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period to be eligible.

3. Gift-Based Entries

Participants may earn entries by sending gifts during the Sponsor’s TikTok livestreams.

- For every 500 TikTok coins gifted, the participant earns one (1) additional entry.

- There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn.

- Participants must still complete the online entry form to verify eligibility, regardless of gift totals.

Gifting is not required to enter or win.

 

Entry Rules

You may use either entry method as many times as desired to increase your entries for the draw. Fraudulent applications may result in disqualification.

 

Prizes

The winner(s) (“Winner”) will receive the following:

1 Winner – 1 Mega Battle Box (Mega Gengar).

Actual/appraised value may vary. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted unless allowed by the Sponsor. All taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

 

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 14 days of selection. The prize will be shipped to the Winners at the expense of the Sponsor.

If for any reason:

- The Winner cannot be contacted,

- Is found ineligible,

- Fails to claim the prize within 7 days, or

- Fails to return any required documentation,

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

 

Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering, You grant the Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, statements, and entry content for promotional purposes worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. You represent that your entry does not infringe the rights of any third party and agree to indemnify Nextloft against any related claims.

 

Terms & Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s control affects its integrity. The Sponsor may disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process.

 

Limitation of Liability

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Nextloft and its partners from any liability related to:

- Participation in the giveaway

- Acceptance or use of the prize

- Technical or human errors

- Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail

 

Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved individually before a court of competent jurisdiction in Canada. You waive the right to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other platform.
